Analytical Constituents

Canis Extra Defense Complex promotes an odour that ectoparasites such as ticks, fleas and mites avoid due to their smell.

Massage small amounts of the oil daily on the anithelix within the ear for 3 weeks. During this gentle basic immunisation phase, it slowly enters the metabolism and is transported through the body and evaporated through the skin. This is advantageous as the odour-related defence does not subside should the dog go swimming regularly. Our purely plant based Canis Extra Defense Complex uses nature as a model. Plants have always developed mechanisms to protect themselves to ward off predators. These mechanisms include the formation of essential oils.

Essential oils do not dissolve in water and evaporate easily – i.e., they are volatile and usually have an intense, depending on the plant, characteristic smell of their own. They are versatile and also have anti-inflammatory, germ and bacteria killing properties.

Our team of experts will be happy to advise you with a telephone consultation should you have any questions. Our useful guide "Natural help for ticks" will also inform and clarify natural ways for repelling ticks.

Canis Extra Defense Complex is suitable for dogs from the age of 6 months.
