How can I pay?
- Online with credit/debit card: You pay in advance by Visa or MasterCard. All personal data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. We dispatch immediately after the payment has been booked (Monday-Friday).
- Apple Pay: Pay within seconds with your already installed Apple Pay app. We dispatch immediately after the payment has been booked (Monday-Friday).
- Google Pay: Pay within seconds with your already installed Google Pay app. We dispatch immediately after the payment has been booked (Monday-Friday).
- PayPal: Pay quickly and easily via your PayPal account. We dispatch immediately after the payment has been booked (Monday-Friday).

What are the delivery charges?
UK mainland delivery is free for orders over £50.00. Standard delivery within the UK mainland for orders under £50.00 costs £7.50. Additional charges apply to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. See below for more information
Our standard delivery time is four working days from receipt of order. Saturday delivery requests require at least 48 hours notice, although we cannot guarantee this if less than four days notice is given. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us.
If you think you may not be in to receive your order, please advise prior to dispatch and we can have your order left with a neighbour or in a specified safe place, this is at your risk. Drivers cannot otherwise leave deliveries without a signature. Following dispatch, you will be advised of a tracking number.

Your order will be packed and sent off as quickly as possible. If you prefer one of our forwarding partners, your choice will normally be taken into consideration. For Saturday delivery please see supplementary charges below.
