How long will the delivery take?
Our standard delivery to UK mainland is 4 working days, this includes Saturday deliveries and other special services. Orders received after 12:00 are processed the following day, i.e. an order received on Monday after 12:00 should be delivered by Friday. Deliveries to highlands and islands can take a little longer. Following despatch, you will be advised of a tracking number.
COVID-19 Notice
At present our carrier Parcelforce is providing a normal service but unable to guarantee service levels because of capacity pressure and potential staff isolations. Thus, your delivery may be unavoidably delayed. We thank you in advance for your patience, understanding and continued support.
What are the delivery charges?
Naturavetal uses trusted couriers and will calculate the delivery charges incurred.
UK mainland standard delivery: £7.00
Delivery within the UK mainland is free of charge for orders over £45.00
Supplementary charges will apply to Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. See further information below.
