We also offer our gentle, natural, cold-pressed dry food for Puppies & Young Dogs. This recipe has an increased 65% meat content before drying, lime from seaweed and many vitamins and minerals that are perfectly adapted for the development of young dogs. They promote muscle and bone growth, organ development and the development of a healthy and shiny coat.
Active dogs require a lot of protein and fat and should be fed with Canis Plus® Sport. This is a dry food for very agile dogs and has more than 70% meat content before drying. This is especially important for sporty and working dogs. For sports and working dogs that are sensitive or dogs that are dependent on an increased fat content, we recommend our Canis Plus® Beef.
First and foremost, we suggest that you feed our regular pellet size, as mini dog breeds usually cope very well with it. The pellets are not too hard and the dog should be encouraged to chew. This is to ensure a longer occupation with the food and it can also support dental hygiene. We recommend our smaller pellet format for the toy breeds and smaller dogs who prefer a smaller pellet format or older dogs who have problems with their teeth.
